Miles has subspecialty expertise in all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive oculoplastic surgery.

Following his general ophthalmology training at Moorfields Eye Hospital he completed three oculoplastic fellowships (two at Moorfields and one at The Royal Free). He set up and runs the oculoplastic service at North Middlesex University Hospital.
